About this role

We are offering a permanent post as a Recruitment Advisor within our team.
Our recruitment team provide the services for every role in the Trust, and we are looking for confident, committed team members to support across the teams. This role involves supporting advertisement, arranging interviews, submitting offers and completing employment checks for every new member of our Trust.

This role is not available for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. Unfortunately, we are unable to support visa applications for this post in line with UKVI regulations.
In this role you will
- Support line managers to effectively and efficiently recruit.
- Use our e-recruitment systems to swiftly and proactively recruit candidates
- Promote and deliver a high quality service to all our service users.
- Participate in a remote working/ in office hybrid rota
- Participate in recruitment events
To succeed in this role you will have
- Experience of working in a customer focused/administrative environment.
- Solid experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and competence in various computer systems.
- Ability to manage your own workload working both independently and towards team goals
- Ability to manage competing priorities
