Leadership & Management
Line manage the Finance Manager, Pharmacy Lead and Reception Team Lead. Create the conditions in which they and their teams thrive. Act as the named, neutral point of contact for staff raising people or workplace concerns.
HR & Workforce
Own the people management of the practice, from recruitment and induction through to performance, development, sickness management and wellbeing.
Quality & Governance
Hold the practice's quality framework, CQC compliance and regulatory readiness. Own the policy suite, complaints process, SEAs and patient experience activity including the PPG.
Strategy & Partnerships
Work with the partnership to develop and deliver the practice's strategic direction. Represent the practice in PCN, ICB and stakeholder forums. Manage external relationships including solicitors and the practice's system interface.
Clinical Interface
Work collaboratively across clinical, management and administrative teams to ensure robust systems and processes are in place for exceptional service delivery. Digital,
IT & Premises
Hold strategic oversight of information governance, digital compliance, the practice website and social media. Ensure premises management and Health and Safety obligations are actively met.
