Whether you're leading a group on a challenging hike through the rolling hills, facilitating team-building exercises in the woodland, or guiding a class in the art of bushcraft, you'll play a vital role in shaping the experiences of every participant who steps foot on our grounds.

With a competitive hourly rate of £14.50, this full-time position provides the chance to combine your passion for outdoor education with a rewarding career. To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a range of qualifications and certifications, including

  • A relevant outdoor education or teaching qualification
  • First aid certification
  • Experience in leading outdoor activities and managing groups in a range of environments
