Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Joiners to join our team in Plymouth. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality joinery work, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materials.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute tasks accurately.
• Install fixtures, fittings, and structures as per project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Inspect and repair existing structures and fixtures as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joiner or in a similar role.
• Possession of a valid CSCS Card (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Day-to-Day

• Start the day by reviewing project plans and preparing materials and tools.
• Work on various joinery tasks, including cutting, assembling, and installing components.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.
• Address any on-site challenges or adjustments as they arise.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
