1 Support Assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about child development, neurodiversity, and mental health. You will support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Speech and Language challenges.

Implement tailored activities to meet EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets, ensuring the curriculum is accessible and fun.

Sensory & Visual Learning
Utilise creative tools such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), "Now & Next" boards, and sensory breaks to reduce anxiety and promote engagement.

Holistic Care
Support children with social skills, emotional regulation, and personal care needs where required (full training provided).

Collaborative Support
Work closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO to create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.
