We are seeking dedicated 1

1 Support Assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is perfect for those passionate about Autism (ASD), Speech and Language delays, and Global Developmental Delay (GDD).

Specialised Clinical Experience

Invaluable for those aspiring to careers in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, or Paediatric Nursing.

Enjoy standard primary school hours (approx. 8:30 am - 3:30 pm) with no evening or weekend commitments.

Specialist Training

Gain hands-on experience with EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) implementation, PECS, and sensory regulation.

Reliable Weekly Pay

Competitive daily rates of £88.92 - £100, paid every Friday via Randstad.

Your Role as a 1

1 Advocate

As a Primary SEN TA, you are the vital link between a child's unique needs and their academic success.

Tailored 1

Support

Implement personalised learning journeys using "Now & Next" boards and sensory breaks to keep children regulated and engaged.

Developmental Coaching

Facilitate social interaction and communication skills during play-based activities and phonics sessions.

Collaborative Reporting

Work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external therapists to track milestones and adjust support strategies.

Holistic Wellbeing

Provide a safe, dignified environment for children, assisting with personal care or mobility needs where required (training provided).
