Your Role as an Educational Partner
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you are the backbone of the classroom, ensuring lessons run smoothly and pupils remain engaged.

Small Group Interventions
Lead "breakout" sessions to support pupils who need an extra boost in core subjects like English and Maths.

Creative Classroom Management
Assist the teacher in preparing resources, creating displays, and managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Holistic Pupil Support
Assist with the social and emotional development of students, helping them build resilience and teamwork skills.

Collaborative Success
Work closely with the Class Teacher to track pupil progress and ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.
