Looking for a flexible role in a fast-paced, exciting environment?

We’re expanding our team at Exeter Airport and are looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Assistants to join us on a

casual basis across our vibrant food and drink outlets.

From early morning departures to late-night arrivals, you'll be part of a team delivering great service to travellers from around

the world.

About the role

As a Casual Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, no

matter what time of day they’re travelling.

This is a flexible role, ideal if you’re looking for work that can fit around other commitments, with shifts available based on

business needs.

What you’ll be doing

* Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression

* Taking and serving food and drink orders efficiently and to a high standard

* Sharing your knowledge of our menus and helping customers make choices

* Keeping work areas clean, organised, and ready for service

* Supporting your team across all airport outlets during busy periods

* Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times (full training provided)

Shift patterns & pay

* Shifts available across a 24-hour operation, including early starts (from 2:30am)

* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is essential

* Time and a half pay for hours worked between midnight and 6am

* Due to shift times, own transport is required

What we’re looking for

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Great customer service and communication skills

* Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment

* Reliable and punctual team players

* Previous hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not essential
