Customer Service Assistant - Bowling

enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our Bowling team and help bring that experience to life.

About the role

As part of the Bowling team, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer,

whether they are visiting for a quick game or a larger celebration.

You will work in a hands-on, supportive team where your attitude, energy and customer service skills will make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

* Welcoming customers and helping them start their bowling experience

* Supporting lane operations and dealing with basic issues

* Keeping the bowling lanes and surrounding areas clean, safe and ready for use

* Helping with parties, group bookings and busy periods across the venue

* Answering customer questions and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere

* Working closely with your team and supporting other departments when needed

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

* A willingness to learn and get involved
