We are currently recruiting for a professional and organised Company Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced administrators and ambitious beginners looking to build a successful long-term career in a supportive and professional environment.

Full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate that includes NVQ training in Business Administration .

Responsibilities

Managing daily office administration tasks

Answering calls and responding to emails professionally

Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence

Maintaining company records and databases

Supporting senior management and office operations

Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration

Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members

Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to multitask and work independently

Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
