About this role
Duties will include
To support the team with requests such as estate collections, gas connections, annual leave and ordering uniform
To create good relationships and work closely with external partners such as national grid
Provide managers and colleagues with clear guidance, information and practical advice on business support services
Support the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
What your apprenticeship includes
- A mixture of face to face and skype/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress
- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
- Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer
- The chance to get Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
