Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Machine Operative to join their growing production team in Lopen. This role offers full training, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work in a clean, organised, and supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Duties

Operate production machinery following full training.

Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.

Accurately complete all shift documentation.

Identify and report any equipment faults or safety concerns.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation.

Carry out regular product inspections for compliance.

Requirements

Willingness to learn and follow training processes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work the stated shift pattern.

What We Offer

Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00 and Friday 06:00-13:20

Approximate salary of £28,375 per annum including shift premium.

Early finish on Fridays.
