We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking people and are excited to be recruiting Support Workers to work with the people we support within our Plymouth Homes.

About the Role

Your role would involve supporting people with all aspects of day-to-day living, some aspects of personal care, in their homes and out in the community. The people you would support have a range of interests which include going to cinema, disco, picnic in the park, trampolining. They also enjoy walking into town for a coffee, shopping and exploring different places by bus or train. If you share these interests, then this could be a great opportunity for you to work in an environment that combines your shared interests with your career.

About the usual working pattern

To be discussed at interview. Shift patterns will include weekend working on a rotational basis. ​
