Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join a friendly and supportive residential care team in the Plympton area.

The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting residents with high-quality care and assisting the wider care team to ensure standards are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities will include
Leading and supporting care staff on shift
Administering medication safely and accurately
Delivering high standards of person-centred care
Liaising confidently with healthcare professionals and families
Supporting residents with daily living and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
Promoting a safe, caring and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Previous Senior Care Assistant experience preferred
Medication administration experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, professional and compassionate approach
Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example
Up-to-date DBS preferred
