Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Lead / Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a growing and supportive healthcare provider within the Plymouth area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Senior Carer looking to take the next step into a more senior, community-based role whilst still remaining hands-on with care delivery.

The Role

As a Field Lead, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and care staff across the community. This position combines hands-on care with supervisory responsibilities, helping ensure high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.

Your duties will include

Supporting clients within their own homes

Supervising and supporting care staff in the field

Conducting spot checks, observations and service reviews

Assisting with care plans and risk assessments

Supporting with staff mentoring and guidance

Ensuring high standards of person-centred care are maintained

Helping cover care calls where required

Building strong relationships with clients, families and the wider team

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within healthcare or domiciliary care

Senior Carer or supervisory experience preferred

Passionate about delivering high-quality care

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable, organised and professional approach

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

Up-to-date DBS preferred
