About the Role

Are you looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day? We are seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centered support to one gentleman in his 60's living in Alder Hills.

• Assisting with personal care
• Supporting with finances and meal preparation
• Providing reassurance, safety, and a calm presence overnight
