The successful candidate will be working alongside a dedicated and supportive staff team and will be joining a school focused on continued improvement. The position is suitable for an Early Career Teachers. Candidates should relish the challenge of being part of a reflective team, intent on providing the best outcomes for pupils. The successful candidate will be supported with appropriate CPD to support personal growth and development.
Our village school is at the heart of the community of Whiteparish. We operate through a strong sense of partnership between children, parents, staff, governors and the wider community and would welcome applications from candidates who embrace the vision of the school.
We require a candidate who
- Is enthusiastic and aspirational about improving outcomes for children and ensures all children have an outstanding education.
- Supports our Christian ethos (there is no requirement to be a practicing Christian)
- Has high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour.
- Has outstanding practice and consistently uses Quality First Teaching strategies.

- Creates a nurturing, welcoming environment in which children feel safe and can develop as individuals who feel valued and who contribute to our caring ethos.
- Inspires self-belief and confidence in children both academically and socially and encourages children to have their own voice and to be proud of who they are.
- Plays a full part in the life of the school, and is part of the wider community.
