About this role
We are seeking reliable Support Workers to assist residents with daily living, social activities, personal care (where required), and emotional support. You will promote independence, ensure safety, follow support plans, and communicate effectively with staff and families.
Essential requirements
- Valid practical/face-to-face manual handling certificate
- Experience in Support Work
- Lone Worker Training
- Medication Administration Theory
Desirable requirement
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care Children & Young People (or equivalent)
