We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and manage site operations across a range of projects involving steel erecting and PVC fabric structure installations

This is a hands on role requiring strong leadership, technical understanding and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard. You will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating works and ensuring all installations are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day to day site operations
• Lead teams involved in steel erection and PVC fabric installation
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Liaise with directors, project managers, clients and subcontractors
• Organise labour, materials and equipment on site
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site housekeeping

Requirements

• Proven experience as a site foreman or supervisor within construction
• Strong background in steel erecting (essential)
• Experience installing or working with PVC fabric/tensile structures (highly desirable)
• Ability to lead and motivate teams on site
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation
• Ability to read and work from drawings
• CSCS card (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel and work away from home

Working Hours and What We Offer

8:00am - 4:00pm

£40,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience
