Facilities Supervisor (Cheltenham Hardwick Campus)

About this Role

You’ll lead the day‑to‑day running of the site, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment. This includes overseeing security, managing staff, and coordinating maintenance and estates activities. You’ll respond to incidents, support emergency procedures, and work closely with staff, students and contractors. You’ll also oversee front‑of‑house services, manage key administrative tasks, and support health and safety and sustainability standards across the campus.

About You

· Experience in Estates, Facilities or site management (or similar roles, e.g. hospitality)

· Experience leading and managing a team

· Experience working to health and safety and quality standards

· Experience across multiple sites or campuses

· Experience using service desk systems and SLAs
