Complementary Therapist

About this role

To deliver Complementary Therapy to clients within your own ability and scope of competence Ensure the safe delivery of Complementary Therapies to those receiving them To work with/alongside the other services within the Hospice to ensure the best possible care and support for those we are supporting. To attend monthly team meetings and client caseload meetings as required. To be proactive and flexible in your contribution to the ongoing changes of Hospice Services. To maintain accurate and up to date records in accordance with professional standards and in line with GDPR / Confidentiality polices. To use the Great Oaks strategy as a compass to shape and deliver effective care. Work in line with the Lone Worker Policy when providing services. Work autonomously but in line with the FHT or relevant professional bodys code of professional conduct, national frameworks and Hospice Policy. Demonstrate clear and concise documentation skills as well as effective verbal communication Maintain professional portfolio as evidence of knowledge including attendance on specialist courses/seminars/conferences To have up to date knowledge of internal and external services for signposting where appropriate To work with/alongside the other services within the Hospice to ensure the best possible care and support for those we are supporting To use IT/Digital Platforms as needed for the delivery of the service Respect peoples personal choices for lifestyle and living arrangements Work collaboratively and constructively in line with our vision, mission and strategy To be proactive and flexible in your contribution to the ongoing provision of Hospice Services
