About this role
The Rock Point is a
wonderfully scenic inn that lies on Lyme Regis harbour, overlooking the
surrounding bay and Jurassic coastline.
You’ll be working in
an 18th-century tavern that has been thoughtfully updated by St Austell Family
Group to showcase character features that are stylishly adorned with mod cons.
The Rock Point occupies a tranquil location at the heart of what many consider
to be ‘The Pearl of Dorset’.
Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of
working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll
be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to
provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will
support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the
correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely
met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to
help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
