About this role
In order to manage the conflicting priorities, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you must be able to manage your own workload whilst motivating and managing others. You will support the training and development and overall performance of the clinical team as well as individual specialist teams.Computer literacy, and experience working both as part of a team and independently are essential. You will be expected to work weekends, Bank Holidays & late duties on a rotational basis.
