A fantastic opportunity has become available at our high achieving school for an ambitious LSA to become an inspirational Nurture Room Lead.

The successful candidate will

  • Be an experienced SEN practitioner
  • Be child-centred, organised, resourceful and proactive
  • Show resilience, empathy and kindness
  • Have experience of working with SEND children from EYFS to Y6
  • Have experience of working with children who need additional SEMH support, including those who may have experienced previous trauma.
  • Hold qualifications or have had training in nurture approaches and practices such as Thrive, ELSA or Nurture UK.
  • Be able to foster excellent relationships with children and adults
  • Plan for and provide a stimulating environment both indoor and outside
  • Have the ability to contribute positively to the wider team
