The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in their learning journey.

The successful candidate will

  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support children’s social and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

  • Demonstrates strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Has a sound understanding of teaching phonics.
  • Effectively supports children’s learning and progress.
  • Promotes positive behaviour management strategies.
  • Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Communicates effectively with both children and adults.
  • Is committed to the Christian ethos of our school.
