What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to play a key role in supporting Class Teachers in the teaching and welfare of pupils.

The role also includes lunchtime supervision as an MDSA.

We are looking for a

Teaching Assistant who

  • Is excellent in their communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is able to motivate and encourage the children.
  • Positively promotes inclusion and has high expectations and aspirations for all children.
  • Is self-aware, reflective and keen to improve their practice with high aspirations both for themselves, the

children and the school.

  • Has experience working with children in KS2.
