If so, we’re looking for a Senior Asset Officer to play a key role in delivering our ambitious investment plans—supporting our journey to achieve EPC C across our homes by 2030.

About the role

As part of our growing Asset Strategy & Delivery Team, you’ll lead our well-established Asset Data Team and act as the vital link between data, strategy, and delivery.

You’ll

Lead and develop a high-performing Asset Data Team

Oversee multiple data sets and investment planning

Translate data insights into effective long-term asset strategies

Support the mobilisation of planned investment programmes

Work closely with our Senior Stock Condition Surveyor and Sustainability Lead

Manage our Access Co-ordinators, ensuring surveys and works run smoothly

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership capability.

You’ll ideally have

Strong knowledge of housing asset management and property data

A passion for sustainability and decarbonisation

Experience managing data-driven programmes or asset strategies

A track record of leading and motivating teams

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

A collaborative, open and customer-focused approach
