About this role
The successful candidate will
Provide high quality, evidence based medical care to registered patients Undertake face-to-face, telephone & online consultations. Prescribe in accordance with local & national guidelines Maintain accurate clinical records work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team Contribute to QOF, enhanced services and practice development initiatives Support continuity of care and safeguarding responsibilities
