As a Ward Catering Assistant, you’ll bring comfort,care and a friendly smile to patients, visitors and staff by helping deliverhigh‑quality meals and exceptional service across thehospital. Your warmth and professionalism can brighten someone’s day and make ameaningful difference during challenging moments.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with preparing, setting up and serving hot and cold meals
- Follow recipes and product guidelines to maintain food quality
- Clean and sanitise workstations, equipment and service areas
- Break down and tidy food service areas after mealtimes
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive, caring approach

- Basic food‑handling and hygiene awareness
- Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift
