Business Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary site team, creating a positive, empowered culture Ensure effective communication, 1-2-1s, appraisals, and development pathways Champion innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement Oversee daily running of the practice including staffing, clinics, and cover arrangements Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, NHS contracts and internal policies Manage inspections, audits, incidents, complaints and reporting Lead on Health & Safety, IT, premises and risk management Drive delivery of QOF, LES, DES, and all contract obligations Ensure service quality, patient safety, and clinical governance standards are consistently met Grow the registered patient list through local engagement and service excellence Maximise income across NHS funded and private services Lead budget planning and financial management Monitor income/expenditure and ensure robust financial controls Build trusted relationships with patients, PCNs, ICBs, local commissioners and community groups Youll

What We Offer Salary
