3 on / 3 off (days & nights 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

We’re recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on running machinery, hitting production targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Duties

• Operate machinery to meet production output
• Monitor quality and complete production records
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Carry out basic machine maintenance
• Support continuous improvement across the site

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
• Flexible approach to shifts and workload
• Basic Health & Safety awareness
