About the Role

We are looking for a kind, reliable, and compassionate female personal assistant to support an elderly woman who is bed-bound and living with dementia. The role involves day-to-day personal care and companionship, with the aim of providing dignified, holistic support that makes a real difference in her life.

Two PA's required for this role at 40hrs per week each.️ It is essential that the PA speaks Malayalam, as the client is non-verbal in English and communication is key to her wellbeing.No prior experience is necessary — full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene and care
• Assisting with positioning and mobility (including hoisting – training provided)
• Managing incontinence
• Preventing pressure ulcers and promoting skin health
• Infection control practices
• Light cleaning and domestic tasks
• Preparing simple meals
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Taking the client to social outings in her wheelchair

What We're Looking For

• Malayalam speaker (essential)

• Trustworthy and dependable
• Willing to learn and follow care plans
• Comfortable providing both practical and emotional support
• Experience is welcome but not required — just the right attitude and commitment
