About the Role
As a Supported Housing Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their accommodation and take meaningful steps towards independence. - Getting to know each client as an individual by carrying out needs and risk assessments, then creating tailored support plans that reflect their goals, strengths, and aspirations.
- Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes by maintaining clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date records of all client interactions.
