We're currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our Property Team in our Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole locality, you'll be completing works inside and outside of our properties and communities so you'll need a passion to work outdoors whatever the weather!

You'll carry out labouring duties to SNG's properties as part of the Property Repairs Team, working as part of a small team.

Tasks Include

-

Providing quality basic repair and maintenance works

-

All aspects of internal and external cleaning including guttering

-

2nd Person support, foot of ladder, lifting and carrying etc

Deliver and collect various materials

-

Damp and mould washing

Essential Skills/Experience

You'll have demonstrable experience in labouring skills.

Have a strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.

Enjoy working as part of a team.

This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van.

This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check.
