Practice Nurse with Respiratory interest

We are looking for a Practice Nurse with Respiratory interest. You will be the lead respiratory nurse looking after our COPD and asthmatic patients, alongside your colleagues. Reviewing medication for therapeutic effectiveness, in accordance with evidence-based practice as well as national and practice protocols; working with patients to support their adherence to prescribed treatments.
