Bristol Water is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based out of our Blagdon Depot.

About the Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of grounds maintenance activities across Bristol Water sites, helping to maintain safe, tidy, and well-presented environments.

Responsibilities

Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming

General site maintenance and upkeep

Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Operating and maintaining basic grounds maintenance equipment

What We’re Looking For

Ability and commitment to start work at 7:00am each day

A strong work ethic and reliability

Basic experience in grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Full UK driving licence
