School Cleaner

Air Balloon Hill Primary School is looking to appoint a hard-working and dedicated Cleaner to join our established friendly team.This is an exciting opportunity to work as a member of our Site Team ensuring that our school premises are kept clean and tidy providing a safe environment for our children to develop and learn.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Site Manager and will receive all relevant training. Duties include ensuring classrooms are clean and tidy; halls, corridors and other areas provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment and all bathroom areas are clean and hygienic.

Hours of work

3.30pm – 5.30pm Monday-Friday (term time only with an additional 34 hours to be worked as directed during the Christmas, Easter and

Summer school holidays)Start date

As soon as possibleSalary to be paid on the Bristol Grade 2 Scale, currently £13.45 per hour before deductions.The closing date for applications is 12pm on Monday 8th June 2026
