What you will need

  • Maths and English GCSE grade A* - C or Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 on the NQF or equivalent.
  • Some experience of working with children, ideally in a school context.
  • Basic ICT skills

If you believe that every student deserves the tools to thrive, you belong here. We are expanding our dedicated SEND team and looking for 2 Learning Support Assistants to transform the classroom experience. In this role, you won't just support learning - you'll build the confidence and independence that helps students own their future.

What you will do to be successful here

  • Deliver classroom support for pupils, planned and supervised by teachers. (Individual and small groups – e.g. SEND and Inclusion)
  • Support colleagues by assisting with resource preparation, display and care and support of pupils including health care.
  • Keep records of work in order to provide feedback and general support.
  • Contribute to Student Profiles and PSPs.
