What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children while developing the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in education.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support students in their learning and personal development. You will help create a positive, nurturing and engaging learning environment where all students can thrive, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). No two days will be the same, as you support learning in the classroom, work with small groups and individual students, assist with resources and activities, and contribute to the wider life of the school while completing your apprenticeship training.
