I am looking to recruit a Direct Payment Personal Assistant for my 9-year-old daughter.

Hours wanted

6 hours per week. Specific days and timings to be discussed.

More about the young person

This young person is an active young lady who enjoys climbing and playing games. She enjoys sensory play, singing and touch screen technology and communicates through physical means such as walking away or taking an adults hand to do what she wants.She has a diagnosis of Autism, PICA and learning difficulties and requires close support and supervision. She needs to be supported in accessing activities in her local community, developing her independence and keeping herself safe. Unfortunately, her previous direct payment worker is travelling, hence the necessity to recruit for a replacement worker.

Experience needed

This person needs someone who has experience working with children with disabilities.

Hourly rate

£16.47 for self-employed PA's

£12.55 for employed PA's
