PA needed for young male to support in the community and in the home.

This individual has a diagnosis of ADHD which is medicated. This individual is visually impaired, has epilepsy and is double incontinent. We are looking for someone to support on a Saturday or Sunday for 6 hours.

Tasks needed

Support in the community. This individual has no road safety so needs full support.

Personal care.

Community activities such as swimming, arcades, walking etc. (This individual has a VP Shunt so nothing too strenuous).

Hours required

18 hours per week during the school holiday

6 hours during term time (on the weekend)

Hourly rate£16.47 per hour for self-employed PA's

Training requirements

We require Epilepsy training, experience administering Epilepsy medication and experience working with children with additional needs.

We are looking for someone with medical experience or supporting children with medical needs.

DBS

Please note that even if you have a current DBS, another one will be carried out by North Somerset Council.
