Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Maintenance Operative to join the team at Anchor Head Hotel, Weston Super Mare.
Hotel Maintenance Operative working hours
As a Hotel Maintenance Operative, you will work 30 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £14.96, effective from 1st April, regardless of age!
Hotel Maintenance Operative Responsibilities
As a Hotel Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for all general maintenance around the hotel, making sure guest satisfaction is prioritised whist adhering to all health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for logging and fixing issues in guest bedrooms and public areas promptly and efficiently. You will also get involved in larger projects and liaise with third party contractors, if you have a particular area of expertise. Compliance will be a key part of your role, in making sure weekly and monthly checks are completed as required. As we have a rolling program of refurbishments in all our hotels including room and public area upgrades, you will assist during the winter works program to ensure the hotel is well maintained and presentable, ready for the start of a new season.
