About this role
To deputise for theLead Pharmacist (Clinical Commissioning & Medicines Value), leading, managing and delivering the objectives and outputs of our highly specialist Pharmacy Medicines Effectiveness team in their absence, and to work as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, supporting the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager in developing, delivering and monitoring a comprehensive, safe and high-quality patient-centred clinical pharmacy service to patients and staff of Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
