About this role
We are looking for friendly, organised and reliable Reception Staff to join our team on the beautiful Isles of Scilly for the 2026 season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to spend the summer living and working in one of the UK’s most stunning island locations.
The Role
-You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience.
Duties include
-Greeting guests and handling check-ins/check-outs
-Managing bookings and answering enquiries
-Taking phone calls and emails
-Providing local information and guest assistance
-General reception and administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
-Friendly and professional attitude
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Previous reception or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
-Positive, flexible approach to seasonal work
