Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in South Petherton. This role offers excellent pay rates and the chance to work within a supportive, fast-paced production team.

Key Duties

Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.

Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

Ensure all products meet required quality standards.

Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work as part of a fast-paced production team.

Requirements

Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

What We Offer

Ad-hoc shifts

Monday to Friday - Days

6am-2pm, £13.25 per hour.

Monday to Friday - Twilight

2pm-5pm, £13.25 per hour; 5pm-10pm, £18.55 per hour.

Monday to Friday - Nights

10pm-6am, £18.55 per hour.

-

Ad-hoc shifts

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. -

Nights

5pm-6am | £18.55 per hour.

Weekly pay.
