The successful candidate will take the lead in delivering engaging Forest School, Beach School and coastal walking sessions as part of our exciting outdoor learning provision. Working with children from Reception through to Key Stage 1 and beyond, you’ll play a key role in helping them build confidence, resilience and a genuine connection with the natural world. Our younger children spend most of their time in our on-site Forest School area, while older pupils enjoy regular opportunities to explore local woodland, beaches and the coastal path.

You’ll work closely with teachers and teaching assistants to plan and deliver high-quality outdoor experiences throughout the year, whatever the weather brings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative, energetic and passionate about making learning come alive beyond the classroom, giving children meaningful experiences they’ll remember.
