About this role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivatedStores Personto join our busy Catering Stores team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of essential supplies across the hospital—supporting ward kitchens, staff areas, and clinical stores.

From receiving deliveries to distributing goods across site, you’ll help keep services running efficiently so teams can focus on delivering excellent patient care.

The shift pattern is - 6:30am to 2:30pm, 5 days in 7.

On a day to day basis, duties will include:-

  • Receive, check, and safely store deliveries
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records
  • Pick, pack, and distribute goods promptly across the hospital
  • Ensure stock is well organised, rotated, and stored correctly
  • Use electronic ordering systems and handheld devices
  • Safely move and handle goods, including large or awkward items
  • Keep the stores environment clean, safe, and organised
