Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support general administrative tasks within production and order processing in Bridgwater.
This is a minimum two-month contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available.
Working Hours
-
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4.30pm.

Friday, 8am - 1pm.
-
37 hours per week.
Key Duties
-
Provide administrative support to the Senior MPS Planning team.

Enter sales orders onto the internal system accurately.

Run and maintain the in-house daily order system.

Collate orders and assemble document packs for production cells.

Support other areas of the business when required.

Progress into additional responsibilities as experience develops.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.

Experience in planning is desirable.

Excellent attention to detail.
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

Good team-working skills and a flexible approach.
