About the RoleWe're looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of two wonderful ladies in their 60s living in Christchurch. One has learning disabilities, and the other has Down's Syndrome and a learning disability. Both love full, active days and are looking for Support Workers who can help them enjoy the things they love most:

  • Swimming trips at Littledown Leisure Centre
  • Days out in their cars
  • Beach visits
  • Shopping trips into town
  • Planning long weekends away
  • Caring for their pet rabbit

Both ladies use wheelchairs — one full-time, the other when out and about.

About You

You'll work a mix of early (07:00-14:30) and late (14:30-22:00) shifts, plus sleep-ins (paid at £50 per shift). Alternate weekend working is required.
