About this role

Information Coordinator required to join a specialist contractor based in Hampshire. Typically these projects are works for longstanding framework clients ranging up to £5M, across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Surrey.

Responsibilities for Information Coordinator

The Information Coordinator role will include management of data, documents and systems for stakeholders, clients and the business. Ensuring all information is filed following business standard and procedure. Monitor submissions, TQs, RFIs and digital dashboards.

Requirements for Information Coordinator

You will be an experienced Information Coordinator or ambitious Site Administrator with a proven track record working within the construction industry. Key attributes include previous experience using Viewpoint, strong communication skills both written and verbal and drive and dedication to get work done in a timely manner.
